Lima Ola apartment homes are part of the County of Kaua’i’s Lima Ola Workforce Housing Development. Two phases provide 85 affordable apartments for kūpuna and working families. Completed in 2024 by Āhē Group, the community serves affordable incomes for seniors 55 and older at 60% of the area median income (AMI), 30% to 80% AMI for families, and five additional units at 100% AMI. Amenities include community gardens, exercise equipment throughout the common areas, and easy access to the Kaua’i bus, with hourly service heading westward to Kekaha and eastward to Lihue. Stacked washers and dryers are provided in-unit for seniors and the 3-bedroom multi-family units, with a communal laundry room available on the family side.  

The property includes five one-bedrooms, thirty-five two-bedrooms, and four three-bedroom units, all in two-story buildings. For seniors 55 and older, there are 40 one-bedroom on-grade units with lanais. There are 110 resident parking spaces, five accessible parking stalls, and guest parking spots available throughout the community.
