JW Apartments is a two-building family housing approximately one-half mile from downtown Los Angeles. JW Apartments received a Green Communities Grant from Enterprise Community Partners to assist in making the project more environmentally sound.

The community has two community rooms at both buildings available for use by local community organizations. All units are rent restricted to individuals and families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

JW Apartments includes Centro de Milagros childcare center, a preschool operated by the California Children’s Academy, as well as an after-school program provided by Living Into The Future Foundation. Residents and community members have nightly wellness classes. Residents also benefit from quarterly visits by a visiting nurse from California Hospital Medical Center.
