Work on 20 units at the 64-unit Kahuku Elderly Hauoli Hale in the first phase of a $3.4 million renovation project is complete.
The development is the result of a public-private partnership between Imi Ikena Housing Partners LLC and nonprofit affordable housing developer/manager EAH Housing.
Once completed, the grounds will include a community center, swimming pool, garden and computer lab.
