EAH Housing was recently recognized by Affordable Housing Finance as one of the top three nonprofit affordable housing developers in the United States. Ranking #26 overall among all affordable housing developers, the recognition reflects EAH Housing’s start of development on 683 affordable housing units and completion of 164 units in 2023. The esteemed list compiles and ranks firms annually based on the number of new affordable housing units they started construction on within the last 12 months.
