Jennifer Wu, Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting, Jennifer Wu is an experienced executive with a track record of delivering strong financial results, instilling financial and operational discipline, and demonstrating inspirational leadership in public and private companies. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Controller for MidPen Housing where she scaled her team through historic asset growth and secured one of the highest S&P Credit ratings in the industry.
Prior to joining MidPen, Wu led corporate finance and international-based accounting teams at Meta (NASDAQ: META) and Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). Wu began her career at Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant (California).
She received her degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
