Pointe on La Brea, a Measure HHH development in Los Angeles Council District 5, is a five story 50-unit special needs and permanent supportive housing with studio units for individuals experiencing homelessness, chronically homeless and mentally ill. This community is located near the border of Hollywood and West Hollywood where it fits in well with surrounding density and scale, while still maximizing the number of possible units on the 11,260-sf site.
On-site supportive services and property staff will be on hand to support residents. Green building methods will be utilized during the development process. Common spaces include a community room, public open space, case management offices, community kitchen, onsite laundry facility, public courtyard, roof deck, and bicycle parking.
