Income (AMI). Originally built in 1973, this 62,375 SF former assisted living facility will be converted into 68 apartment homes comprised of 20 studios, 47 one-bedrooms, and 1 two-bedroom manager’s unit. Situated in Glendale’s Citrus Grove neighborhood, Piedmont Glendale offers excellent accessibility to multiple bus lines, Metrolink lines, and I-134 freeway and is within one-mile of several full-service grocers, healthcare facilities, banks, post offices, City offices, major retail, and restaurants.

EAH Housing will be the property management and will have resident services programs focusing on health & active living, education, and community building. Community spaces include a multipurpose room, common area lounges, on-site laundry, and landscaped open-air courtyards for relaxation and passive recreation.
