Project Overview
Nevin Plaza II is a 70-unit new construction component of a two-phased masterplan to provide affordable rental housing to income-eligible seniors and persons with disability. Nevin Plaza I was a rehab, while phase II is an adjacent vacant lot. The development will include ground floor offices for resident services and property management, tenant multi-purpose common area facilities, an outdoor courtyard enclosed by the two buildings.
Nevin Plaza II will provide affordable rental housing to income-eligible seniors and persons with special needs earning Extremely Low, Very Low, and Low Incomes.
