Current Status
Lexington Gardens is currently under construction. The project commenced in the first quarter of 2024, and the estimated completion date is 2025. Lexington Gardens is one of two EAH’s first developments in the City of West Hollywood.
Project Overview
Lexington Gardens is a 48-unit brand-new affordable housing development for individuals earning 30%-60% of the area median income for Los Angeles County. The 31,546 Sqft 5-story community offers 47 studio units and one two-bedroom manager’s unit. The maximum height of the building will be 55’9” and will include one level of subterranean parking with 21 parking stalls. The project will also provide an ample landscaped open space on the corner of Detroit Street and Lexington Avenue for residents to enjoy, enhancing the community. This will be the second EAH affordable housing development in West Hollywood.
The surrounding neighborhood is rich in amenities and is near parks, transit, and retail. In addition to on-site services, the development will feature a community room, indoor and outdoor common areas, bicycle parking, a lounge, a computer room, and outdoor decks on the 4th and 5th floors for residents to enjoy and gather.
