La Loma will serve seniors earning 30%-60% of the local Area Median Income (AMI). Unit sizes are studio and one-bedroom and designed to meet accessible standards. The community incorporates a 1,250 sqft senior center to replace the existing Rodeo Senior community room.

The community will feature indoor and outdoor amenities for residents for social interaction and wellness, and EAH will provide resident services through a Resident Services Coordinator and partner with local organizations for special programs that aim to improve the wellness of residents.
