Honolulu officials unveil plans for affordable senior housing at former Aiea sugar mill site

A press conference was held in Honolulu to announce the development of a new apartment community for low income seniors in Aiea, Halewiliko Highlands, by EAH Housing on land owned by the City and County of Honolulu.

“We owe it to our seniors to address this huge demand (for affordable housing).” – Mayor Kirk Caldwell
