Tobiano, Overo and Palomino at Orchard Ranch is a 41-unit scattered site apartment project being constructed in the City of Morgan Hill, California. The 41 apartments will be built on three (3) separate properties that are noncontiguous but within ¾ of a mile of one another. The property will provide permanent housing for low income families at or below 60% AMI and will include six (6) units set-aside for Transitional Aged Youth (T.A.Y. units), as well as two (2) commercial lease spaces. Forty of the units will be assisted through Section 8 Project Based Vouchers being provided by the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara, facilitating the provision of supportive services on site.
