San Rafael, CA — Linn Warren of the California Housing Finance Agency joined the board of directors of San Rafael-based EAH Housing. Mr. Warren, a former vice president for First Nationwide Bank, has worked in a consulting capacity to the city of San Jose Housing Department and the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. EAH Housing addresses the needs of low-income families and seniors.
