Hello Everyone,

Our top priority is the wellbeing of our 25,000 residents and 500+ staff throughout our 210 properties in California and Hawaii. In the midst of COVID-19, we are faced with new challenges due to “shelter in place” orders, social distancing protocol and other health-related safety measures. However, we remain focused on our mission to provide quality affordable housing to those who need it the most – working families, seniors, veterans and people with special needs.

Despite these difficult circumstances, I am inspired by our team, who are working hard to make sure our communities are running as smoothly as possible and are helping those residents in need. It is a very stressful time for our residents, many of whom now confront less work, job loss, food insecurity, and other concerns. With compassion, we are doing our part to help residents with these struggles.
