Current Status
Bayfront Terraces is currently in the pre-development stage and waiting for financing commitments. Bayfront Terraces is a family community surrounded by transit, retail, shopping, parks, and schools.
Project Overview
Bayfront Terraces is a 45-unit brand-new affordable housing development for households making 30%-60% of the local Area Median Income. The site is an existing parking lot across from Hauke Park surrounded by transit, retail, shopping, parks, and schools, allowing future residents to use an amenity-rich area. The building is a podium-style building in a “T” floor plan configuration. The podium (first floor) includes 64 residential parking spaces, utility rooms, management and services office, a bike room, and a lobby. Community benefits include revitalized landscaping, new lighting, and additional surface parking.
EAH Housing will own and manage this community. Resident Services programs focusing on health & active living, education, and community building will be available to all tenants.
