We’re proud to share that EAH Housing has been selected to help bring Marin County’s first 100% affordable housing development to life in 30 years. The project, located at 1 Hamilton Drive in Mill Valley, will comprise a four-story building with 44 housing units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Rents will range from $978 to $2,908 monthly, catering to low-income families earning between $40,000 and $130,000 annually. Construction is expected to commence in 2026, with completion aiming for 2028.
